B2 Health Solutions was founded by Dr. Brian Bost, MD, MPH—an internal medicine and pediatrics hospitalist driven by a lifelong belief that health is more than healthcare. From early experiences cooking alongside his brother in a small family-run Italian restaurant to years spent practicing medicine in global and rural communities, Dr. Bost’s journey has always centered on human connection, equity, and service. His path—spanning culinary arts, emergency medicine, public health, and global care—shaped a vision of medicine that listens deeply, values presence, and honors the shared table as a place of healing.

Today, B2 Health Solutions brings that vision to life through a unified model that bridges medicine, systems improvement, and community wellness. Its three divisions—B2 Direct Care, B2 Health Consulting, and the nonprofit Colorado Kitchen Collaborative—work together to restore trust, empower patients, and reconnect families to the foundations of health. Through clinical excellence, advocacy, and food justice, B2 Health Solutions strives to rehumanize care—one patient, one meal, and one story at a time.
